This tour is not for the faint of heart—or the unprepared. Here’s everything you need to know before stepping into Durrës’ haunted underworld:

Tour Duration & Vibe:
A 2-hour walk through haunted ruins, ghost-filled villas. Six chilling stops—real history, real spirits, no turning back. Ghost-hunting equipment included. Comfortable shoes, curiosity, and courage required.

Bathrooms & Water:
While there’s no official bathroom break, there are places to go along the route if nature calls. Just let your guide know discreetly. Bring a bottle of water too—ghost hunting can be thirsty work, especially in summer.

Weather Policy:
The tour runs rain or shine. Bring an umbrella or raincoat if skies look gloomy. Only in cases of dangerous weather (lightning, flooding, etc.) will we cancel—and you’ll be notified by email with reschedule/refund options.

Refunds & Rescheduling:
Refunds are only offered if we cancel.
Need to reschedule? You can do so up to 24 hours before the tour through your confirmation email or the link on our website.
Leaving Albania before the next available tour? Email us directly—we’ll do our best to accommodate or offer a partial refund if necessary.

Equipment Use & Theft Policy:
Ghost-hunting gear is provided during the tour. Please treat it with care. If equipment is lost, damaged, or stolen while in your possession, you may be held financially responsible.
