Terms of service

By booking a tour with Haunted Albania, you agree to the following:

Booking & Payment

All tours must be booked in advance and paid in full at checkout. Your spot is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All sales are final. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice via email at hauntedalbania@gmail.com. No-shows or late arrivals will not be refunded.

Weather Policy

Tours operate rain or shine. In the event of severe weather or safety concerns, we may cancel and offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Tour Conduct

Guests must follow guide instructions and behave respectfully. We reserve the right to remove disruptive guests without refund.

Liability Waiver

You participate at your own risk. Haunted Albania is not liable for injuries, lost items, supernatural possessions, or spontaneous ghost attachments  👻

Parental Responsibility

Children must be supervised at all times. Guests under 16 are not permitted on the 9 PM tour.

By completing your booking, you agree to all the above terms.
