Refund policy

All sales for the Haunted Durrës Ghost Tour are final. We do not offer refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or guest cancellations.

If you need to reschedule, you must contact us at least 24 hours in advance at hauntedalbania@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

Tours run rain or shine—except in severe weather or safety-related cancellations, in which case we’ll offer you the choice of a full refund or tour reschedule.
