Punctuality: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may miss the tour without a refund.

Conduct: Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.

Photography & Recording: You may take personal photos/videos, but commercial use requires prior written permission.

Weather: Tours operate rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for walking in various weather conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All bookings are non-refundable.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

You are physically capable of participating in a walking tour, which may include uneven terrain, stairs, and varied lighting conditions.

You participate at your own risk and waive all claims of liability against the tour operators.

By placing your order, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and agree to release Haunted Durrës Ghost Tour from any liability as described herein. This payment constitutes a binding agreement.
